Gijsje Maas

Gijsje Maas is a PhD candidate and junior lecturer at the Communication and Media research group at the Behavioural Science Institute (Radboud University, the Netherlands). Her research focuses on the role of entertainment media in the establishment, continuation, and transformation of gendered norms surrounding sex, specifically the sexual double standard.
